Manage VendorFuel plugin settings.

Settings for VendorFuel are stored in two locations:

• Newer settings that require no interaction with the API are under WordPress Dashboard > Settings > VendorFuel.

• Older settings that mostly interact with the API are under WordPress Dashboard > VendorFuel > Settings.
